Surfeo finishes 2017 by opening a new position inside the company, Michael, the new community manager that will has as missions to increase visibility of our customers to make them recognized by all the market and also develop Surfeo brand awareness through digital communication. As an outsourced sales force to get into the European Aerospace and Defense market, we want to use social media as leverage to increase the visibility of our Clients by spreading exposure to the whole aerospace community. Thanks to the futur communication, the company that is already the link between worldwide A&D manufacturers and major companies of the sector in Europe wants to use digital communication to reinforce their position.

After the creation of the blog, we wants to creat content that can give to the different actors of A&D sector a clear idea of the benefits that they have by working in cooperation with our sales teams. That's why the business development company will launch next week a new video format called "Surfeo inside". Into this video you'll have many informations about how we help you to conquer European market, about the process we use and why they are certified ISO 9001 and EN9100, you'll also receive advices and good practices about sales in our sector and discover the tools we use to manage our clients and opportunities. The first video will be about the creation of Surfeo and the needs the company answer to. The second topic is about we work with our clients and how our service is adapted to the needs of the sector. The third one is how our teams manage clients from the beggining of the contract to the business trip with our customersand the win and finally how we contribute to our clients success.

These videos will highlight our clients capabilities in short interviews when they come to see us at our office. It will also put forward their feedback after working with us and illustrate how we helped them to duplicate the success they have locally to the whole European market.
A new Community Manager
