March is ending, it means the beginning of 3 months of major aerospace-related exhibitions. From HAI to the Paris Air Show via JEC World and AIX, the coming months are going to be very exciting.
These events are places where key players unveil innovations and new contracts, where the whole industry reunite to move forward on project and do networking. HAI introduced an important period for the Aerospace industry which will end in June with the Paris Air show.
Indeed, at HAI, Airbus Helicopter opted to exhibit its new helicopter and announced that they will extend their CFRS offer on Squirrels. The twin-engine H-145 was presented to the public with a new 5-fins rotor. As examples, it features the removal of the rotor head for greater comfort and connectivity or the smooth entry of Bell Nexus, and its urban hybrid "air taxi".
HAI Heli-Expo was followed by JEC World one week later. As every year it took place in Paris, JEC World highlights innovations in composite industry and its applications. In our sector, this material is increasingly used as it’s more resistant and is lighter than traditional materials.
Thereafter, the Aircraft Interiors Expo will open its doors from 2nd to 4th April in Hamburg. This show focuses on cabin interiors, in-flight entertainment, connectivity, passenger experience and passenger services. In the same time Space is also put forward with the Paris Space Week where features the design, building, and testing of spacecraft, satellite, launch vehicles and space-related technologies, etc..
In May, EBACE brings together thousands of business aviation professionals from Europe and around the world for three critical days, from the 21st to the 23rd at Geneva’s magnificent Palexpo.
Finally, the Paris Air Show will conclude these 4 months of events. The world's largest trade fair of the industry in Paris will take place from June 17th to 23rd. 2,381 exhibitors are expected and 141,000 trade visitors. This event is a must do for all players in the aeronautics and defence industry.
