Airbus close to fill 2018 deliveries objective while receiving command confirmation by Avalon

End of November, Airbus delivered 673 aircraft in 2018. 127 aircraft away from the 800 deliveries objective. The European Aerospace major player did a pretty good November month and a total of 277 deliveries.

Airbus isn't far to fill 2018 deliveries objectives. They will probably reach it during December. They even should realize a little over production and deliver more than 800 deliveries between January and December 2018. To compare with last year, Airbus did 718 deliveries and made 127 during December 2017, which is the number of deliveries that the European giant have to do to reach objectives this year.

In the other hand, Airbus received an order confirmation for 100 A320 bought during last Farnborough International Airshow. European group revealed that the purchaser was the Irish leaser Avalon that had been recently bought by Chinese investors.

The price for this command is about 11,5Md$. The official command is for 75 A320neo and 25 A321neo. Delivery calendar hasn't been released as the chosen engine for A320 as two are possible: PW1100G from Pratt & Whitney and the CFM Leap from Safran.
