Al Badr Group is born more than 60 years ago in Tunisia, created by Mr. Mohamed Ben Ayed. His two sons, Abdessalem and Rafik took the succession and lead the expansion of the Group. Al Badr Group is made up of 25 companies in Tunisia, Europe, and Africa. Composite is increasingly used in different sectors and especially in Aerospace. The light weight of these parts is an important advantage in the design of an aircraft. It makes possible to reduce the weight of the aircraft and therefore consumption considerably. More and more composite parts are used in the manufacture of the aircraft. It answers and will be for sure part of the next challenges that Aerospace & Defense sector will be facing in the next 20 years.
Since the company was created, Al Badr Aerospace has done all activities 100% in house from Industrialization capabilities to Manufacturing with a large range of capabilities and an impressive machine park covering the entire process of composites parts manufacturing and inspection. It allows the Tunisian company to be more efficient and getting a full control on the production process. Al Badr manufactures structural composites parts such Outer Barrel on A321 Nacelle (CFM). Furthermore, they also manufacture composite parts for Business Class Seats Structure for Zodiac France & UK.
