This investment of 15 million euros illustrates a real willingness of Daher to collaborate and continue to grow in Morocco. As it is the third trade two other had been built in the country, the first one was in Tanger in 2011 and the second one in Casablanca in 2017. This new production plant will employ 250 local workers that can be added to the 550 persons that are already employed by the French company in the two other plant of the North-African country.

This plant has been built in the Tanger free-zone near IBN Batouta airport. It will be very large, more than 10,000 square meters and will manufacture metal and composite structures.

“Training, job quality, strict compliance with relevant process and production standards, geographic proximity and overheads were all deciding factors in choosing to expand our industrial footprint in Morocco. Our business development policy also provides support for our employees in the country, who benefit from a program to build skills and provide training in Daher quality and safety.” said Daher's CEO Didier Kayat.
