Firstly, Dassault acquired end of January the Execujet chain of maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities from business aviation service provider Luxaviation for an undisclosed sum. This acquisition will take place by the end of the first quarter 2019 and raise the French company global footprint with the addition of 15 bases across the world including Asi-Pacific region, Oceania, Middle-East and Africa.

In a second time, the French giant acquired TAG Aviation, a company specialized in Dassault and Bombardier products. This acquisition only include European activities to reinforce Dassault's MRO network already in place in this area.
It's been a long time that the French aircraft manufacturer is raising its activities regarding the customer service and MRO of its Falcon Jet. Next step of this industrial strategy is to raise Dassault market share regarding obviously Falcon but not only. TAG Aviation is also specialized in Bombardier and Execujet retained loyalty of operators of business jet from different aircraft manufacturers. Latin America could logically be the next target in view of the map of locations given by Dassault Aviation.
