MiG-35 completes Factory trial with success

Test sessions have been performed all 2017 long by Russian trial pilots. During last year they tested electronic material, observation and navigation systems, radar, motors and every equipments that are part of aeronef.

The future Russian army's plane is equipped with fifth generation sighting system. The radar that is on the MiG-35 has a great coverage of 300km. The fighter jet can follow and target 10 objectives at the same time. The Russian plane is a 4++ generation multirole fighter jet developed on the basis of the serial produced MiG-29K/KUB and MiG29M/M2.

"By its combat potential, the scope and the efficiency of its missions and the price/quality ratio, the MiG-35 is today a perfect combat vehicle for operation in high intensity armed conflicts," MiG CEO Ilya Tarasenko was quoted by the corporation’s press office as saying.

The first contract will be signed very soon. Mikoyan, the russian aircraft manufacturer is waiting for first contract from Russian federal military aviation to launch mass production. According to General Bondariev, all the Russian's army fleet will be MiG-35. Firstly with a command of 30 plane and then for 170 others later.
