Sales Force Raid

A unique practice in the industry which enables to have in one day a comfortable sales pipeline for one of Surfeo's client.

The entire Surfeo sales team dedicates all day to call many A&D companies’ deciders to promote and to look for new business for one of our Clients. This concept has a direct and measurable impact in the promotion process of a new Client’s know-how, new product launch, by creating in one day a lot of new business opportunities. Each sales person calls around 60 contacts! Surfeo’s sales team, it’s 11 sales peoples. This task raid results as a booster on the sales process of a Client as at the end of the Sales Force Raid Day, we count between 10 to 30 qualified leads and, as many interested contacts.



Process details


Surfeo's European coverage of aerospace industry in Europe is very complete. In our CRM, Salesforce, we count all deciders of all account such as aircraft manufacturers as well as their suppliers, the airlines, the maintenance, repair, overhaul or design companies, and a lot of suppliers for tools, machines, test... The day before, Surfeo's sales manager shared the territory between our sales persons, he trained the team on the Client's capabilities we want to promote, he will explain the expected results, the different objectives, and the appointed day everybody will be ready to start. As usual, our Clients will receive an opportunity report for all qualified leads. The dedicated team in charge of the appointed client will follow-up the business on these opportunities as the Surfeo usual way
